Safety rules & policies
A few simple rules keep every party fun. Please share these with your guests before everyone starts bouncing.
Rules of the bounce
- • An adult (18+) must supervise the unit at all times.
- • No shoes, glasses, sharp objects, food or drinks inside.
- • Group children by similar age and size — no big kids bouncing with toddlers.
- • No flips, rough-housing, or climbing the walls.
- • Maximum riders posted on each unit must be respected.
- • Exit if winds pick up above 20 mph or lightning is visible.
Cancellation policy
Plans change — we get it. Cancel up to 24 hours before your event for a full refund. Weather-related cancellations (rain, high winds) are always refundable, no questions asked. Inside 24 hours, we'll do our best to reschedule for free.
Damage policy
Normal wear is on us — we expect happy, sticky kids. Charges only apply for damage caused by misuse (shoes, pens, sharp objects, food/drink, silly string, or letting too many kids on at once). We'll always show you photos and discuss before charging anything.
Insurance
BounceMilwaukee carries $2M general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available for school, church and city events — just ask when you book.
