How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for spring and summer weekends. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just ask!

Is delivery and setup really free?

Yes — within 20 miles of downtown. Outside that zone, a small travel fee applies and we'll always quote it up front.

How much space do I need?

Most units need a flat area of about 20×20 ft with 3 ft of clearance on all sides. We'll confirm dimensions when you book.

What if it rains?

Safety first — we can't operate in heavy rain or winds above 20 mph. You can reschedule or get a full refund up to 24 hours before your event.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is needed to reserve. We collect payment on the day of delivery via cash, card, Venmo or PayPal.

Are your units cleaned?

Every unit is washed and sanitized after every rental. We use kid-safe cleaners and inspect each unit before it leaves our warehouse.

Can adults bounce too?

Most of our combo and water slide units are rated for teens and adults — just check the age range on each product card.

Question 8

What surfaces can you set up on?

Accepted Answer

Grass is best. We can also set up on pavement, concrete or turf using sandbags instead of stakes — just let us know in advance.
